Who we are
321 Vision is a video and content agency based in the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 82850720. For anything related to your data, contact us at hello@321vision.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive the details you fill in: your name, email address, the type of project, and your message. That's it — we don't ask for more than we need to reply to you.
Form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), which delivers them to our inbox. Formspree's own privacy policy applies to that processing.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site. It's privacy-friendly: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no personal profiles — just anonymous, aggregated page views.
What we do with your data
We use your contact details for one purpose: responding to your inquiry and, if we end up working together, handling that project. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with third parties for marketing, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any project that follows. If nothing comes of it, you can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (AVG) you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and the right to complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. For any of these, one email to hello@321vision.com is enough — we respond fast.
